I am Dorothea Schilling.

I am an artist.

I am from Germany.

I moved to America in 1982 and lived there for twelve years.

I loved the glamour of N.Y., the sun in L.A. and my job in the fashion industry.

I fell in love and moved to London.

I lost my love and time stood still.

I am Dorothea Schilling.

I am my art and it is my life and career.

I work with oil, acrylic and watercolours to create.

I do murals, portraits, flowers in the fields and in abstract.

I love strong colours.

I like to reflect, diversify and experiment.

My abstract original ‘Galaxy on Ice’ was exhibited at the Royal Academy in the summer of 2007.

I am Dorothea Schilling.

I am fascinated by the universe and its creation.

I project my inner psyche on my canvas.

I transfer dramatic forms and intense colours.

I create, direct and progress.

I float in harmony with colour and space.

I am fascinated by the universe and creation.

I am all that and more.

I'm abstract and so is my art.
